Self-Love Song Circles

Every Third Friday
From 7pm to 9pm
(Doors close at 7:15pm)

Join us on the 3rd Friday of each month for this healing circle led by Trevor Justice. We sing chants and singalongs about loving, accepting, and forgiving yourself, some of which have luscious harmonies.

Participants often rise to their feet, raising their arms to the heavens! They say:

“I felt safe to reveal my shadow parts”
“I cried twice and was able to touch into deep threads around worth and enoughness”
“You created a warm and welcoming space for vulnerability.”

All are welcome; you don’t need to be a “singer”. Once we start bonding and letting our souls open, it feels so much better to have a closed container. That’s why doors close at 7:15pm. So kindly arrive before then.

We trust you to find the “sweet spot” that feels both generous and affordable for you. Donating $25 or more supports us in bringing more song healing to the world. We share the proceeds with EBCRS, so you are also supporting our church!

Joining in Person?

We’d love your presence at the church if you can arrive between 7:00pm and 7:10pm, stay until 9pm, and (if bringing guests), bring guests who are 12+.

Once we start bonding, having everyone together for the duration helps create a safer container.

Parking

If the gate is open, park in the lot on the northeast corner of Telegraph Ave &and 41st.
There’s a side door in that lot and also a front door on Telegraph Ave.
If one is shut, use the other. Plan to arrive at 7pm because doors close at 7:15pm.

Joining by Zoom? Leaving Early? Have Kids?

If you need to leave before 9pm, or want to bring children under 12, please join us via Zoom and arrive by 7:15pm so you can be part of the opening circle.

Please register by midnight, the night before, so we know to let you in. We’ll check the Zoom waiting room until 7:15pm.
