Visioning for your life is a mystical spiritual practice to discover what is the highest vision for your life. What are you to embrace, embody and release to fulfill this vision for your life.
About the Facilitator
Dr Cynthia Chang is a practitioner for 15 years and is a holistic practitioner teaching mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and Tai Qi.
She has a dedicated daily practice in meditation and student of Tibetan Buddhism. She is currently available to see clients.
