Robert Quintana Hopkins, PhD, RscP

Robert Quintana Hopkins has attended East Bay Church since 1999 and has served as a Licensed Religious Science Practitioner (RScP) since 2009.

Professionally, Robert is an Organizational Development leader. As an external consultant, he serves as the founder and principal consultant at Circles of Change and as a Senior Partner at the Center for Strategic Facilitation where he trains courses on participatory facilitation methods. He is an internal consultant at Stanford Medicine Partners, leading the training and organization development function for the foundation for Stanford Healthcare. Robert teaches as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Learning, Leadership, and Change Programs at Benerd College, the graduate school at the University of the Pacific (UOP).

In his free time Robert writes poetry and facilitates a monthly writing group called “Write to Heal.” Robert earned a PhD in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP).

In addition to co-leading the Board with Michelle Blakely, Robert leads the People and Policies Committee and our Strategic Planning Portfolio.
