Professionally, LaToya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17+ years of experience, including over a decade in leadership roles supervising teams, managing programs, and advocating for clients within nonprofit and public systems. She brings strong skills in strategic planning, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making.
