EBCRS Education Ministry Purpose StatementThe Education Ministry of the East Bay Church of Religious Science is dedicated to teaching spiritual principles by offering Science of Mind classes as an exciting and contemporary educational model through which learners fully experience the reality of their being. Classes in the Science of MindEast Bay Church of Religious Science offers a broad curriculum in certificated Science of Mind classes created by United Centers for Spiritual Living. The Pathways of Education consists of five branches of learning; Foundational, Spiritual Practices, History/Philosophy, Consciousness Courses and Practical Application, as prerequisites to the Professional Practitioners Study Program. Why take classes? In the classes, we study basic Universal Principles in depth and are introduced to daily spiritual practices that make it easy to embody these principles in our lives. The Sunday morning and Wednesday evening message is where we hear about our potential and the basic principles for living successful and abundant lives. The classes expand on the Sunday and Wednesday messages and we learn to embody and experience a true change in our consciousness. No matter where you are on your path or what issues you may be facing, the classes offer a new perspective that is totally relevant for today. What happens in class?Through lecture, discussion and group processes, our qualified instructors support students to learn to personalize metaphysical principles. The discipline of regular class attendance, the weekly readings and the opportunity to ask questions in a classroom setting offers a learning environment not easily duplicated with solitary study. Students have the opportunity to create a framework for asking the big questions about life and our place in it. Each class takes an energy of its own which stimulates each individual mind. What you will learn?
